After college, I ended up working as a formulation scientist at Genentech, but no matter what I did, I couldn’t take the artist away of the girl.
Stepping away from science was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made, but it showed me that I can adapt to change.
I’ve worked everywhere from Fortune 500 companies to startups. Being in tech made me realize that my goal is to bring design to those who truly need it.
Today I focus on designing for women founded companies and nonprofits where impact matters more than virality.
My journey is a reminder that sometimes you don’t need to stay on a path that doesn’t serve you.
